Managed Services

After many years of highly successful security consulting endeavours, customers have requested that 2Keys host and manage components of their security infrastructure. 2Keys now provides outsourced solutions for system installation, configuration, security hardening, testing, and day-to-day server operations including availability monitoring, vulnerability testing, infrastructure patching, software upgrades, and 7x24x365 support in line with client-approved Service Level Agreements (SLA).

The 2Keys Managed Security Service supports not only a single application or system, but complete infrastructures composed of multiple servers. Such an infrastructure might include firewalls, routers, switches, UNIX and Windows enterprise servers in various configurations (stand-alone, high availability clusters or load balanced) and a number of interconnected and security hardened applications such as web servers, databases, directories and application servers.

Peace of Mind

Contracting 2Keys under its Managed Security Service scheme allows its clients to effectively manage their time and get on with their day-to-day business. In cases where fully outsourced solutions are not realistic or feasible for a given client, 2Keys can still provide assistance with production operations through its 7x24x365 on-call support services.

Clients can count on 2Keys' robust infrastructure that effectively supports system monitoring, remote notification, online trouble shooting, and timely on-site support calls that give clients confidence and peace of mind in meeting their system availability objectives.

A Host of Options

Our fully managed service offering includes the following three different hosting options:

  • Hosted by third party partners such as Q9 Networks and Magma Communications

In each case, 2Keys is responsible for the systems security posture, availability, system support, ongoing maintenance and development, disaster recovery, and other critical system characteristics and capabilities as determined by comprehensive customer defined service level agreements.
